We are writing to the loyal Real Estate Brokers who we have staged homes for in the last few years to ask for your support. A number of us in the Portland Professional Staging (ASP) business did a non informal poll regarding wet and soggy Real Estate marketing flyers that are many times stuck together and a hassle to retrieve out of the plastic display boxes.

As the Real Estate industry often stresses, the first impression is the key factor in selling your listings. Typically, a potential buyer has made up their mind ten seconds while sitting in the properties driveway! That really doesn’t leave too much room for fault.

We have designed a new product called the “FLYER VISOR” It is a small, light weight, clear plastic product that hugs the sign post directly below the “For Sale” sign and directly above the plastic display flyer box. The concept and function is to keep the flyers dry and less soggy. Regardless of any weighted or spring loaded box lids, the boxes “DO NOT” keep the flyers dry. Many times the brochures are left hanging out of the boxes and all the supply is ruined with wet climates. Saving many lost marketing dollars on thrown out flyers is our motive. The potential customers only drive by once…Give them the opportunity to read your marketing flyer dry!
